Marvelous Mystery: The Mass Comes Alive
June 5 - 9, 20239:00-11:30 a.m. Daily
When: June 5 – 9, 2023 from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. daily
Who: All children who are at least 4 years of age by June 1, 2023 through rising 5th graders (based upon academic placement as of August 2023).
Youth in Grades 6-12 (as of August 2023) are also invited to register and serve as volunteers who support the VBS program.
Where: St. Laurence Ave Maria Center (AMC)
Registration: FEBRUARY 1, 2023
Priority online registration opens for all Adult Volunteers (age 21 and over) and their children (or grandchildren)
MARCH 1, 2023 at Noon
Online registration opens parish-wide until all remaining spaces by grade are filled.
This includes Youth Volunteers (Grades 6-12 as of August 2023) of families who wish to serve at VBS but do not have an adult family member also volunteering.

Join us this summer at the AMC the week of June 5 - 9 as we INVESTIGATE the incredible MYSTERY of the Mass and watch kids grow in their love of the EUCHARIST with our VBS 2023 program, Marvelous Mystery: The Mass Comes Alive. This will be an exciting week of sharing our love for Christ and the Catholic faith with the children of St. Laurence. It takes over 50 adult leaders to plan, oversee and implement this beloved annual event.We are still in need of adult volunteers ready to commit to serving as daily Bible Story Teachers (PREK) and Tour Guides who shepherd a small group of children all week long.Adult volunteers receive special pricing for their participating children. Never helped with VBS before? Not a problem! All training, supplies, lesson materials and support are provided by staff.
