Pregnancy Resource Medical Center (PRMC) is an independent non-profit organization (not affiliated with St. Laurence), dedicated to providing peer counseling, education, and support services to women facing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy."Our purpose is to prevent abortion by offering women information and the emotional, spiritual and physical support that will empower them to choose life for their child and sexual integrity for themselves."

Heartbeat operates the Option Line, which reaches about 1100 women/day via phone calls, online chats, and email, and the Abortion Pill Reversal Network, as well as doing much to support pregnancy centers in their work.

Client Advocates - training takes place over several weeks

Child care: to care for the children and babies while moms are in class for
1 hour on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
Help with sorting and organizing baby item donations for the Mommy Store.
Teachers for classes for LEAP (Learn Earn and Plan) program.
Help with annual banquet fundraiser
- soliciting silent auction donations, decorations, etc.
Cleaning office
Public Relations
- visiting school staff, pastors, doctors, to inform them of our programs.
PRMC is located at 4411 Avenue N in Rosenberg. We are working towards adding free Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing and we will make an announcement when that program goes live.
Please be in prayer about becoming a monthly donor to the PRMC, regardless of the amount. This will help bring greater stability and predictability moving forward so that we can more confidently forecast how we can further expand our programs that are saving so many lives every day while positively changing the course and legacy of families along the way through Christ-centered faith, wisdom, and guidance.
In August 2019, PRMC acquired a new building which will house both our Learn Earn And Plan (LEAP) Program and the Baby Boutique with which mommies can shop for material assistance with the vouchers they earn as they attend these helpful and informative classes. Interior construction of walls and other modifications of the building was delayed by COVID but is now very close to completion. Once the LEAP program is successfully transitioned into the new building, we will have the room in our main building to add the program to offer free testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
