The St. Laurence Pastoral Council exists as the chief consultative body to Fr. Drew on essential elements of parish life.  As members of the living Body of Christ, and alert to voices in the whole community, we seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit to make recommendations by consensus, through prayer, and discernment.

The St. Laurence Pastoral Council is an assembly of 12 parishioners, each serving a 4-year term. 

Each member has a desire for spritual growth in themselves and the parish, an enthusiasm about the future direction of our parish, a willingness to listen, to speak honestly, and to work toward consensus, and the ability to inspire and empower others.

Pastoral Council members must be registered in the parish, have demonstrated a commitment to the parish community, be in full communion with the Catholic Church, commit themselves to spiritual growth, and dedicate the necessary time and energy to offer effective consulation.
