Associate Director of Faith Formation

This position is open to self-driven, vibrant, and faith-filled individuals with 3-5 years of faith formation experience, theology degree preferred, and a passion for serving the church. The position will collaborate with the Director of Faith Formation and is responsible for ongoing supervision of children and youth Faith Formation programming. Supervision includes volunteer training, program support and evaluation, and oversite of safe environment programs. This position will bring catechetical and theological knowledge that respects the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston norms and fosters intellectual and spiritual growth of participants, parents, and families. Director of Communications

The Director of Communications will develop, design, create, and execute the communication strategy and facilitate all efforts for St. Laurence Catholic Church. This person will be critical in managing church-wide communications and media for all digital, print, and campus platforms. This person must have a strong track record of being a self-starter, the ability to work independently; enjoy creating and implementing new initiatives; deadline driven. Qualified candidates should possess excellent writing skills and experience with media, website, and graphic design. Creativity, collaboration with parish leadership, staff, and volunteers, flexibility, and a love for our Catholic faith are necessary.
