It's always a good time to embrace the Church's teachings regarding the unitive and procreative joys of marriage!
An umbrella term for using the natural signs of a woman’s fertility
To achieve or avoid pregnancy
Based on the science of human reproduction
Using no contraception to avoid pregnancy
And avoiding artificial fertility approaches to achieve pregnancy
Natural Family Planning (NFP) is a medically safe, 100% natural way to postpone or achieve pregnancy by observing and interpreting the woman's fertility signs.
Jacob & Jillian Counts teach The Partnership Method of NFP on behalf of the Stella Maris Center.
The Partnership Method is based on the research of Dr. Josef Roetzer. It is a sympto-thermal method that utilizes 3 signs of a woman's fertility.
The method is taught in a classroom setting over the course of 3 classes, scheduled approximately 1 month apart.
The total cost of the series is $80, which includes all the materials needed for the method.
The classes build on each other and should be taken in order. In order to register or for any questions concerning a specific class listed below, please contact the associated instructors.
NFP reflects the dignity of the human person within the context of marriage and family life, promotes openness to life, and recognizes the value of the child. By respecting the love-giving and life-giving natures of marriage, NFP can enrich the bond between husband and wife.
