Religious Education Program Registration Information for your children 3 years old to 12th grade:
The deadline for registration is August 16th and a $10 late will be payable per family for any forms turned in after August 16th.
The following forms are available for RE program registration:
- RE Family Registration form- fill out one form per family for your children ages 3 years to 12th grade for religious education.
- First Sacrament Preparation form- fill out one form for each child in 2nd grade and older needing preparation for First Reconciliation/First Communion for this coming school year.
- RE Volunteer form- fill this form out if you are interested in getting involved in any of the wonderful RE programs.
Here are the two ways that you have to access the forms:
1. Download forms online– All the forms are located on the right side of this page, please click on the link to the approprite form you need. Than download and complete the form. (Please print and submit the pdf file as is with your family's informaiton filled out; do not copy and past the info into a word document as we will not get all the necessary info that way.) Once you have download the forms, you can turn the forms in one of the following ways-
- Print out the form than complete and Mail in/Drop off at the RE Center with payment.
- Fax the completed forms to the RE Center at 281-565-0894 and than drop off/mail in payment.
- Email the scanned completed forms to reregistration@stlaurence.org and than drop off/mail in payment. Please attach all forms for your family in one email.
For payment, please make checks payable to St. Laurence and mail/drop off to the address listed at the top of the page.
