The Committee promotes increased awareness of life issues in the parish and provides information on abortion and euthanasia. It provides a speaker to any group wishing to learn more about these issues. Encourages parish support of Diocesan pro-life events such as Life Chain and Walk For Life conducts occasional fund raisers for the Pregnancy Resource Center of Fort Bend County (This volunteer organization provides free pregnancy testing, counseling and referrals for girls and women in crisis pregnancies.
Since then there have been 35 million abortions.
